Beautiful rotenburo, convenient shared space with cutlery and crockery, free beverages, nearby convenience store, great value for money, close to Kinrin Lake.

the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the picturesque lake and the lively shopping street. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were great - I especially loved the comfortable double bed setup, it made for a peaceful sleep after a long day of exploring.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a beautiful lake. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. And lastly, the rooms were spacious and cozy, with two double beds that were incredibly comfortable. fantastic value for money!
Noise levels could be improved.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, close to popular places, including an outlet and an animated area. the JR station and town centre are also nearby. the rooms are comfortable and equipped with amenities like cutlery, crockery, and tea/coffee. Guest can enjoy a beautiful rotenburo and free iced water.
The staff members were not very helpful, which made it difficult to ask for assistance.

I had a wonderful stay at Etavia Yufuin Kinrinko. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Kinrin Lake. The onsen was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was great! It was close to the main shopping area and within walking distance of the lake. The hot springs were a definite highlight, both the indoor and outdoor ones. The hotel offered free coffee and tea which was a nice touch.
The staff could have been friendlier. They didn't greet us properly and seemed to rely heavily on Google Translate to communicate.

Great value for money! This hotel is in a convenient location, close to the JR station and the center of town. The staff are friendly and provide basic amenities like free tea/coffee. The rooms are comfortable and perfect for friends or family.

Great location close to attractions and convenience store. Comfortable bedding and nice onsen. Lobby offers free coffee and tea. The hotel provides cutlery and crockery, as well as a microwave and toaster.

The hotel was situated in a great location, very close to popular shopping streets and a beautiful lake. the onsen was a definite highlight, with both a men's and women's section available. the beds were also incredibly comfortable, which made for a good night's rest.
The staff could have been more welcoming and provided more assistance. it would have been helpful if all information was printed in English rather than relying on translation tools.
